Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Faith Apprentice I to perform electrical and specialty systems installations, troubleshoot and maintain on-site equipment in accordance with NEC standards.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-site problem solving, with a 6:00 am–6:00 pm schedule and 60–75% travel. Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1 is expected, and candidates must be prepared for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1 required.
• Travel 60-75% as part of daily duties.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Install and bend conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.
• Performs other related duties as required.
