Responsibilities

• Perform all functions related to the recruiting process and assure compliance with company hiring policies.
• Develop and implement open requisition and pipeline recruiting activities.
• Post jobs externally via internet, social media, and other resources.
• Communicate internal job postings and employee referral programs.
