Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a Recruiter-Skilled Trades in Lithia Springs, GA. The role focuses on staffing qualified craft workers, building pipelines, and leveraging online resources to post jobs while ensuring adherence to hiring policies.

The recruiter will engage in career fairs and community outreach, maintain ATS records, and support employee engagement initiatives. Travel to various sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years' skilled trades staffing experience; electrical industry experience preferred.
• PRC certification a plus.
• 1 year experience using Applicant Tracking and Pipeline Recruiting software.
• Knowledge of MS Office, internet navigation, social media applications, and employment laws including FCRA.
• Strong oral and written communication and detailed organizational skills.
• Hands-on, self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with all levels.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all functions related to the recruiting process and ensures compliance with hiring policies.
• Develops and implements open requisition and pipeline recruiting activities; reviews recommendations for new strategies with HR.
• Post jobs externally using internet, social media, and other online resources.
• Communicates internal job postings and employee referral programs.
• Maintains timely ATS updates with reasons for rejections, interviews, and dispositions.
• Develops employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Attends career fairs at various levels; represents organization in community relationships.
• Travel as required.
