Job summary

IES Electrical in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades across the organization. You will develop requisitions, post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate with HR to ensure staffing for projects.

The role requires 2 years of trades staffing experience (electrical preferred), familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and strong communication. Travel as required; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of skilled trades staffing experience, electrical industry preferred.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking and pipeline recruiting software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and EEO/AA practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruiting and ensures compliance with policies.
• Develops requisitions and pipelines with HR for staffing needs.
• Post jobs online and coordinate with internal postings and referral programs.
• Maintain timely ATS updates and candidate dispositions.
• Attend career fairs and build community relationships.
• Travel as required.
