Job summary

TAS Energy Inc, a Houston-based leader in industrial power distribution systems, seeks an Electrical Testing Lead to guide testing operations on the shop floor. You will interface with assembly teams, the production supervisor, and project managers to organize, operate, and manage testing programs.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint-reading ability, and a rigorous approach to process and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Master Electrician’s License or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of related factory experience and knowledge of electrical power distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams; operate and supervise testing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams and manage priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the activities of electrical testing assembly workers on the shop floor.
• Develop and implement processes to support production.
• Record and document tasks as required by jobs.
• Enforce standards and comply with regulations.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety regulations.
• Complete tasks per manufacturing schedule with minimal supervision.
