Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related factory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices for electrical power distribution systems.
• Must read/write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the activities of electrical testing assembly workers on the shop floor.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to support production.
• Delegate work to the testing crew under the Production Supervisor.
• Enforce standards and regulatory compliance.
• Report defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following TAS safety regulations.
• Complete tasks per the manufacturing schedule with minimum supervision.
• Complete and record documentation as required by jobs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS.
