Job summary

TAS Energy seeks an Electrical Testing Lead to guide shop-floor electrical testing operations, coordinating with assembly teams, production supervisors, and project managers involved in industrial power distribution systems.

The role requires organized, proactive leadership and hands-on oversight of testing processes, with emphasis on safety, standards, and timely execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years factory experience in electrical testing or related field.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the testing assembly workers on the shop floor.
• Develop and implement processes to support production.
• Delegate work to testing crew per supervisor instructions.
• Enforce standards and regulatory compliance.
• Report defective material or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per TAS standards.
• Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedule with minimal supervision.
• Document tasks and test results as required by jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by TAS.
