Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Testing Supervisor to lead electrical and functional testing in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will oversee technicians, ensure tests meet engineering specs and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, troubleshooting, safety compliance (NFPA 70E, OSHA), and collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical manufacturing, power systems, or industrial equipment testing.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor electrical testing technicians.
• Plan daily testing schedules aligned with production and shipment deadlines.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and perform failure analysis.
• Review and approve test documentation and quality records.
• Maintain safe high-voltage testing practices and equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to drive CAPA and improvements.
