Job summary

TAS, a Houston-based unit of Comfort Systems USA, seeks an Electrical Lead to direct teams in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and controls systems, including MCCs, control panels, wiring, lighting, and outlets in a data-center focused environment.

You will interpret drawings, supervise and coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and meet project milestones, with experience in MV/LV wiring and Allen Bradley PLCs, plus field instrumentation installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum.
• Minimum five years of related factory experience.
• Experience in supervising and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical drawings and communicate requirements to teams.
• Identify discrepancies on drawings and report them.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
• Meet project schedule milestones and quality requirements.
• Coach work team to meet cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Enforce safety program requirements.
• Report defective materials or conditions.
