Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean, seeks a technically skilled technician to lead inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and start-up of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment in field and shop environments.

Travel locally, regionally, and nationally is required; international travel is preferred. You will interpret schematics, operate test equipment, document results, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety and quality on projects.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• NETA / NICET certification (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical testing.
• Strong understanding of ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA electrical safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, lead, and support multiple projects onsite and in-house using company software, maintain documentation from receipt to invoice.
• Test low and medium voltage cables, transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and other electrical equipment.
• Contain material costs by eliminating waste and controlling measures.
• Rotate on-call duty and respond to customer emergencies promptly.
• Promote continuous improvement and teamwork.
