Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Test Solutions Engineering team in MA, with onsite work at Tewksbury, Andover, or Marlborough. You will design and integrate advanced test systems for complex products while supporting the full product lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and experience with test equipment; preferred skills include circuit design and Python/C/MATLAB for automation. A DoD Secret clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to start.
• Knowledge of resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation phases.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to resolve test product challenges.
