Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to own ruggedized electronics design and test from concept to production. You will partner with architecture, product management, mechanical, software, firmware and test teams to drive system requirements and ensure reliability for mission-critical hardware.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, in-field support, high-power components, and end-to-end PCB development, with eligibility for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
• Design digital & analog electronics from concept to production
• Troubleshoot hardware to identify root causes and improve design
• Create clear design requirements, specs, test coverage and reports
• Complete full cycle PCB design from schematic to bring-up and integration
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware and test engineers
• Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments and deployments
• Concurrently manage multiple projects at various stages
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical testing activities.
• Provide hands on and in-field support of prototype and production level product.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high power components and integration.
• Trade-off component selections against size, weight, power and EMC goals.
• Work with design to achieve system reliability within operational concepts.
