Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Irvine, CA to own ruggedized electronics design and scale legacy concepts to production. You will partner with Architecture and Product Management to drive system requirements and lead PCB/electrical subsystem design for embedded compute and power solutions.

You’ll identify high‑risk areas, validate designs, and test for long‑term reliability while considering manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Design digital & analog electronics from concept to production.
• Create and validate electronics designs for embedded compute and/or power systems.
• Document design requirements, specs, tests, and results clearly.
• Complete full cycle PCB design including schematic, layout, bring-up, and test.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical integration activities.
• Provide hands-on support of prototype and production‑level products.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high power components and distribution.
• Trade-off component selections against size, weight, power and EMC requirements.
• Ensure system reliability goals through design for testability and manufacturability.
