Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to design and build test systems and PCBA platforms for testing advanced intelligence products. You will work with FPGA, MCU, and data acquisition equipment to meet stringent standards and ensure we ship the highest quality hardware to customers.

You will collaborate with firmware and hardware teams to enable embedded Linux, bring up MCU RTOS environments, and develop fixtures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on product designs that have gone to manufacturing.
• Experience with Professional Electronics Design packages (Altium, Cadence, PADs) for schematic capture and layout.
• Expertise in PCBA Design. Ability to design and fabricate your own designs, or guide contract manufacturing resources.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors.
• Familiar with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems and releasing designs for production.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Build and test PCBA platforms and circuits for manufacturing.
• Develop test fixtures and data acquisition setups to meet stringent standards.
• Collaborate with firmware to enable board support packages and embedded Linux support.
• Improve automation, throughput, and data analytics for testing processes.
• Create and maintain internal test libraries and DFM/DFT practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to bring testable hardware to production.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Master’s of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
