Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to own rapid, ruggedized electronics development for the Sentry family. You will drive electrical test strategy, from concept to production, collaborating across hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure reliability and testability in demanding environments.

You will design and validate embedded power systems, work with cross-functional teams, and help scale cycles toward full-rate production while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of professional experience in hardware design and testing.
• Experience designing digital and analog electronics from concept to production.
• Ability to troubleshoot and root-cause hardware issues.
• Experience documenting design requirements, test coverage, and test reports.
• Full PCB design lifecycle: schematic, layout, bring-up, test, validation, integration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical testing activities.
• Provide hands-on support of prototype and production level products.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high power component selection and integration.
• Trade-off component selections against size, weight, power, and EMC requirements.
• Collaborate with design team to achieve reliability goals at system level.
