Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree required by start date.
• Experience selecting, calculating values for, and integrating passive and active components within analog or digital circuit designs.
• Experience operating laboratory test and measurement equipment to test hardware and measure signals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for complex defense systems.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation per industry standards.
• Validate hardware performance using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Support project execution to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers to deliver robust test architectures.
