Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is hiring an Electrical Test Controller for Arnold AFB, TN. The role involves safe, reliable operation and maintenance of test/plant equipment, with qualification progress tracked through structured assessments.

The candidate must be able to work any shift and is expected to coordinate with Test/Plant Control Room engineers, supervision, and base utilities while maintaining safety and accountability on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of electrician experience; progressive experience may substitute.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and access AEDC network.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant systems health and alarms.
• Operate plant equipment and perform maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineers and other teams.
• Train and supervise other craftsmen.
• Wear PPE per policy.
