Job summary

Dorsey College seeks an Electrical Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality classroom instruction across lecture, clinical, and laboratory formats. You will ensure students achieve course objectives and are prepared for competency evaluations while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires engaging students, resolving queries, and maintaining instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience or coursework in electrical/electronics subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver quality classroom instruction including lectures and labs.
• Assess student learning using appropriate methods and provide feedback.
• Maintain classroom environment and student attendance records.
• Engage students and address questions and issues to ensure competency.
• Coordinate with departments and participate in faculty meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
