Job summary

Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC in Garland, TX, is seeking an Electrical Technician to install, program, and troubleshoot electrical components on drilling rigs and equipment, following safety guidelines.

The role requires journeyman Electrician experience, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and hands-on skills with high/low voltage systems, wiring, and diagnostic tools. Onsite day shift with strong safety culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyperson Electrical License required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years as Journeyman Electrician in manufacturing or heavy equipment.
• Ability to read specifications, blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with high and low voltage systems and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete high voltage terminations and rig energizing.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Run conduit, pull wires and make connections per diagrams.
• Maintain safe working practices and 5S housekeeping.
• Assist with start-up procedures and equipment safety.
