Job summary

Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC in Garland, TX is seeking an assembler to perform assembly operations on drilling rigs and equipment in an on-site environment.

You will install hydraulic controls, engines, gear boxes and other components, following safety guidelines. The role requires reading blueprints and understanding schematics, with teamwork across departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of mechanical components on drilling rigs.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect hydraulic controls, pumps, rams, and other system elements.
• Mount, hook-up and connect engines, gear boxes, axles and other power components.
• Assemble mounted hydraulic products per process sheets.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assembly area.
• Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines.
• Maintain work related records and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or directed.
