Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Electrical Technician to perform maintenance and repair of electrical equipment across pipeline pump stations, delivery facilities, and related sites. The role requires self-direction, the ability to coordinate with teammates or contractors, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in electrical/electronics and a Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent, with familiarity in PLCs, ladder logic, and motor control circuitry.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electrical or electronics from an accredited college or school.
• Journeyman Electrician license required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, electrical control circuitry and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of electrical equipment at pipeline pump stations and facilities.
• Inspect, diagnose, and correct issues in transformer diagnostics, infrared surveys, protective relays, and motor diagnostics.
• Coordinate work with other technicians and supervise contractors when required; work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
