Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to support the repair and daily operations of gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. This role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and reliability across multiple sites.

The candidate will inspect and repair equipment, coordinate with teams, and maintain records while following all regulatory requirements. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth within a large energy

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• May be required to be certified as a USDOT driver depending on location.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate station equipment and pipelines to meet production and throughput targets safely.
• Plan and coordinate work with teams and contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Provide budgetary input, schedule outages, and manage materials and inventory.
• Interpret drawings and OEM manuals to guide maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and PPE in hazardous environments safely.
• Maintain records, logs, and required regulatory documentation.
