Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for direct hire in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance.

Expect hands-on work with PLCs, drives, and controls on a day-to-day basis. You will train on 1st shift for at least two weeks and work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with pay between $40 and $42 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical and controls experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, and industrial control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and machine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with electrical installation, wiring, and conduit.
• Troubleshoot using electrical meters and testing equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motor controls, and other industrial control equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Install and replace electrical and electronic components.
• Perform basic wiring and conduit work.
• Use electrical meters and other troubleshooting equipment.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, shift notes, and other required documentation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order parts and materials as needed.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installation projects.
• Work with contractors and vendors when needed.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and OSHA requirements.

Pay Rate: $40–$42/hr

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, and industrial control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with machine maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with electrical installation, wiring, and conduit.
• Ability to troubleshoot using electrical meters and other testing equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn maintenance software.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license.
• Associate degree in a technical field.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance work-order systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley controls and programming.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
