Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and electrical control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work
• Support equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and commissioning projects
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues
• Maintain electrical parts inventory and spare components
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and electrical safety standards
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment performance and reduce downtime

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and electrical control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work
• Support equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and commissioning projects
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues
• Maintain electrical parts inventory and spare components
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and electrical safety standards
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment performance and reduce downtime

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical components, controls, motors, and drives
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of LOTO, Arc Flash, and electrical safety procedures

Preferred Experience

• Cleanroom manufacturing environments
• Automated manufacturing equipment or robotics
• Equipment installation and commissioning
• Opto 22 or similar industrial control platforms
