Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring an Electrical Technician for Colorado Springs, CO on-site. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and emergency response for building electrical systems, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in electrical building maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience in electrical aspects of general building PM schedules with demonstrated technical competence.
• Electrical installation work experience, including electrical testing and inspection capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Executing planned preventative maintenance schedules for electrical systems and related building services.
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and emergency callouts.
• Diagnosing faults, repairing systems, and maintaining controls.
• Coordinating subcontractors for electrical aspects of PPM schedules.
• Maintaining accurate records and QA/HSE documentation.
• Attending site meetings and supporting other trades as needed.
• Identifying opportunities for contract growth and service improvements.
