Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on a service and special projects team. You will lead activities, troubleshoot complex systems, and communicate with customers to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold a Colorado JW or ME license, read blueprints, and follow NEC guidelines while supervising up to ten technicians and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado (or reciprocal) JW or ME license is required.
• Experience following safety protocols and working with general contractors and owners.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and use industry testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and construction practices.
• Capable of supervising one to ten employees and coordinating multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise electrical installations and craft activities.
• Coordinate work with various crafts and departments while ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Mentor apprentices and service technicians on the job site.
• Communicate with customers to provide project status and maintain relationships.
• Drive regularly to sites within assigned territory.
