Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, transformers, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and panels.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following OSHA/NEC and safety standards.
• Utilize CMMS to document work orders, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Support multiple commercial and campus-style facilities, collaborating with managers, engineers, HVAC techs, and contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service while responding to service requests and supporting facility improvements.
