Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Coppell, Texas seeks an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and design management for major projects. You will manage budgets, resources and schedule while mentoring staff to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of engineering experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with PMs and stakeholders on complex electrical systems and design packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience; PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Owner on deliverables and extra services.
• Lead Engineering CAC efforts and interact with Project PM.
• Manage complex engineering problems and regulatory coordination.
• Supervise site reviews, value engineering, and engineering calculations.
