Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking an Electrical Systems Lead to drive the design, development, release, validation, and launch of electrical systems for new vehicle lines. You will partner with hardware, software, and external stakeholders, owning cadence, risk mitigation, and program status.

The role requires 8+ years on a program team, a technical degree, and strong communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality deliveries.

Qualifications

8+ years on a program team or equivalent.
BS+ in Engineering or similar technical degree.
Integration and launch experience on a vehicle or highly complex electromechanical system.
Strong communication skills in technical and nontechnical domains.
Outstanding collaboration capabilities within and across organizations.
Product Release and automotive quality processes experience.
Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
Passion for working on ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver electrical systems within a Vehicle Line.
Drive design, development, release, validation, and launch for Electrical Systems.
