Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics manufacturing, quality engineering, or reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and electromechanical assemblies from a first principles, physics-based approach focusing on electrical domain.
• Lead supplier development from concept to high-volume production.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and reliability teams and suppliers to execute supply chain strategies.
• Develop part qualification criteria and drive system-level optimization for high-volume production.
• Lead DOE to develop supplier production processes for high-rate, high-yield parts.
• Investigate hardware failures to determine root causes and improve yields.
• Approve first article inspection (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports.
• Define supplier technical and quality requirements based on NPIs and program needs.
