Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to drive supplier selection, development, qualification, and scaling for PCB portfolios in high-volume Starlink production. The role requires hands-on expertise in PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and quality systems, with a focus on reliability and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead PPAP/FAI activities, qualify rigid/flex/high-frequency PCBs, and partner with Design, Reliability, and Production teams to meet aggressive volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, RF Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in PCB engineering, quality engineering, reliability engineering, or supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier development activities for PCB portfolio and manage incoming PCB supply chain quality and reliability.
• Build a resilient, high-quality supply base for high-volume production ramps and growth.
• Lead PPAP, FAI, production rate ramps, and reliability campaigns for PCBs.
