Job summary

Paslin seeks an Electrical Leader to guide a skilled team of electricians in the layout and installation of electrical components for automation tooling systems. This role emphasizes leadership, safety and precision in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in electrical work within a machine tool shop, strong blueprint interpretation, and solid communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Electrician Journeyman level or equivalent experience (8+ years).
• Strong safety focus and adherence to standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and lay out equipment per blueprints.
• Proficient communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electricians to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee layout and installation of electrical components for tooling and automation systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement timely, effective solutions.
• Work from engineering drawings, customer specs, and manuals to complete tooling assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics and production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
