Job summary

Dematic is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to lead our on-site installation team with 100% travel across the United States. You'll oversee electrical installation quality, coordinate both in-house and subcontractor work, train contract labor, and report progress to project managers and customers.

You will ensure safety, perform quality checks, assist with equipment trials, and support Dematic standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• Associates degree preferred and OSHA 30 certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including subcontractors.
• Complete quality checklists and corrective actions when discrepancies arise.
• Maintain on-site safety with audits and enforcing standards.
• Assist with equipment trial runs to verify specifications.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and status.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in installation.
• Write trip reports according to Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems and perform physical tasks.
• Must have vehicle, tools and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
