Job summary

Dematic is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to lead our on-site installation team across the United States. This 100% travel role requires hands-on leadership, quality assurance, and strict adherence to Dematic standards.

You will coordinate in-house and contract labor, perform safety audits, complete quality checklists, and provide timely reporting to project managers and customers. A vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor work.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
• Write clear, concise, and timely trip reports according to Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50 lbs.).
• Must have a vehicle, work tools and valid driver's license
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed
