TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on major power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate daily work plans, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in electrical EPC environments, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to manage large subcontractor workforces.
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role provides leadership to field personnel, coordinates with project teams, and drives successful project execution from planning through turnover.
