Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a seasoned supervisor for a Temp Power role on the Port Arthur LNG project in Port Arthur, TX. You will lead craft professionals, coordinate activities with construction management, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes field leadership, coordination with engineers and subcontractors, and the ability to develop short- and mid-term look ahead plans across LNG facilities and power systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in LNG, oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction along the U.S Gulf Coast is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to develop look-ahead schedules and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft activities and direct work schedules for up to 25 craft personnel.
• Coordinate subcontract work and ensure alignment with project policies, procedures and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with design documents and schedules.
• Collaborate with field engineers and craft supervision to interpret drawings and implement solutions.
