Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Utah to drive safe, on-time, and on-budget electrical construction projects. You will manage safety and environmental programs, oversee job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity, and coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment while mentoring a team of 15+ electricians.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with an electrical focus, strong leadership, and hands-on field participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with an electrical focus.
• Proven ability to lead safety and environmental programs.
• Experience managing job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Experience supervising field personnel and coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and healthy work site.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to meet budgets.
• Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment for project readiness.
• Organize and coordinate subcontractor activities with effective communication.
• Complete field administration tasks including timesheets, reports and diaries.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 15+ electricians.
• Participate in field work activities when needed.
• Collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting for smooth workflow.
