Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead complex electrical construction projects, ensuring safety and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry with focus on electrical work.
• Proven track record delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience managing and leading safety/environmental programs.
• Strong skills in job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity.
• Experience coordinating labor, materials and equipment.
• Experience organizing/subcontractor activities.
• Experience with field administration tasks (timesheets, reports, purchases, diaries).
• Experience supervising, mentoring, developing field personnel.
• Willingness to participate in all field work activities and use tools when necessary.
• Ability to collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing and accounting departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and provide guidance for safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate all labor, materials and equipment for project readiness.
• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities with effective communication.
• Complete field administration tasks including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases and job diaries.
• Supervise and develop a team of 15+ electricians and foster continuous learning.
• Participate in all field work activities and work with tools as needed.
• Collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing and accounting for smooth workflow across the organization.
