Job summary

Canyon State Electric in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple electrical construction projects and field teams. You’ll serve as the senior field leader driving project execution, safety, quality, schedule adherence, and workforce performance from preconstruction through close-out.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in commercial/industrial electrical construction, 3+ years in leadership, and a proven record managing large-scale projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience.
• 3+ years in superintendent or senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($5M+) across multiple sites or complex builds.
• Experience in data centers, healthcare, and industrial work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop foremen and field crews.
• Coordinate manpower planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Partner with Project Managers to align budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and project standards.
