Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs on site.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Handle field administration: timesheets, reports, purchases, job diaries.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Implement and monitor construction plan, scheduling and logistics.
• Mentor and develop field personnel (15+ electricians).
• Participate in all field activities and use tools when needed.
• Collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing and accounting.
