Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in Salt Lake City. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

The role requires coordinating with GCs, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and a proven track record in budgeting and risk

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, contracts, time, planning and organizing, and team leadership.
Negotiate and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
