Responsibilities

• As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight.
• While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary.
• Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
