Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Operations Manager to lead electrical field operations in Charlotte, NC.

You will oversee multiple commercial and institutional projects, driving manpower planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and timely execution. The ideal candidate has extensive electrical construction and field leadership experience, with a track record of guiding Superintendents and field teams across several projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial electrical construction and field leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and managing manpower across concurrent jobs.
• Healthcare, education, hospitality, and/or manufacturing project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower planning, field staffing, and resources based on project schedules and workload.
• Monitor field productivity, scheduling, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Visit jobsites regularly to support Superintendents and other field leaders and address operational challenges.
• Partner with Project Managers and company leadership on manpower, constructability, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop field leadership while maintaining consistent company standards across projects.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Field Operations Manager to join a well-established electrical contractor in the Charlotte, NC market. This position will oversee field operations across multiple commercial and institutional electrical projects, including healthcare, education, hospitality, and manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical construction experience and a strong background leading Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for electrical field operations across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate manpower planning, field staffing, and resources based on project schedules and workload.
• Monitor field productivity, scheduling, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Visit jobsites regularly to support Superintendents and other field leaders and address operational challenges.
• Partner with Project Managers and company leadership on manpower, constructability, materials, equipment, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial electrical construction and field leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a Field Operations Manager, General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar electrical construction leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and managing manpower across concurrent jobs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, productivity, scheduling, safety, quality, and constructability.
• Healthcare, education, hospitality, and/or manufacturing project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
