Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for large electrical construction projects in North Carolina. You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality while guiding a skilled field team across commercial and industrial settings.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years as Electrical Superintendent, Journeyman status or apprenticeship, and strong NEC knowledge. Travel and relocation opportunities are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Electrician status and/or Apprenticeship completion preferred.
• 4+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience on commercial and/or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on electrical construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment.
• Ensure NEC compliance, project specifications, and company standards.
• Drive project safety performance and enforce safety policies.
• Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communication.
