Job summary

A leading construction firm in Falling Creek, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with over 5 years of experience in mid-large Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will manage Ground-Up projects over $2M and possess strong capabilities in Construction Administration. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience in mid-large Commercial projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing Ground-Up and Installation Projects over $2M.
• Experience with Construction Administration and supervising crews of 5-15 people.
• Unlimited Electrical Contractor License in North Carolina is a big plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up and installation electrical construction from start to finish.
• Coordinate with BIM360/Procore/Primavera for project tracking and documentation.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and compliance on site.

Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Falling Creek, NC area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background involving mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including life insurance and 100% employer paid medical benefits, gas card, company truck, bonuses, 401K w/ matching, PTO, Paid Holidays, and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience with mid-large Commercial projects (including Healthcare, Education, Multi-Use, Greenhouse, and other High-End projects) is a MUST

• Demonstrated experience managing Ground-Up and Installation Projects of over $2M is a MUST

• Experience with Construction Administration (e.g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 5-15 people) is a MUST
• Experience with medium voltage and low voltage wiring (g., HVAC, Fire Alarms, IDS, Security, or other IT uses) is a MUST

• Unlimited Electrical Contractor License in North Carolina and OSHA 30-hour certification is a BIG PLUS

• Experience with Power Distribution or Telecommunication High Voltage projects is a BIG PLUS

• Experience with BIM360, Procore, Primavera and Microsoft proficiency is a BIG PLUS
