Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years as an Electrical Superintendent, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Our client is a growing commercial electrical contractor based in Charlotte, NC, delivering projects across a wide range of commercial sectors. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and repeat business, they continue to expand their operations and are looking to strengthen their project management team.

The business currently employs around 40 field staff and a close-knit office team consisting of Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimating and Administration. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support their expanding workload.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

• Projects typically range from $1M-$3M and include:
• Ground-up commercial construction
• Renovations
• Design-build work

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project schedules and budgets
• Coordinating field teams and subcontractors
• Client communication and relationship management
• Procurement and change order management
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience as an Electrical Superintendent
• Commercial electrical construction experience
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M-$3M
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A stable work history with a proactive attitude
