Jayco Talent seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site for large ground-up commercial projects in San Antonio, TX. You will set the tone, pace, and standards for the electrical build, directing field operations and coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to keep projects moving with precision.

You will mentor foremen, manage multi-trade coordination, and ensure NEC compliance while delivering quality outcomes and safety excellence across a $20M+ electrical scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent on ground‑up commercial projects.
• Proven success leading large crews on $20M+ electrical scopes.
• Deep technical expertise in commercial electrical systems and installation methods.
• Strong command of scheduling, coordination, and multi‑trade communication.
• Leadership presence that motivates teams and earns respect on the jobsite.
• Proficiency with digital documentation, project management tools, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct all electrical field operations on major ground‑up commercial projects.
• Lead large crews and subcontractors with strong, boots-on-the-ground leadership.
• Drive schedule, manpower planning, and daily execution across phases.
• Maintain top-tier safety, quality, and inspection readiness at all times.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, and engineering teams.
• Mentor foremen and rising leaders to strengthen the field pipeline.
• Ensure installations meet NEC, project specs, and client expectations.

This is a leadership role for a superintendent who has mastered the craft, someone who can take a $20M+ electrical scope and drive it from first shovel to final turnover with precision and pride.

What You’ll Lead:

As the leader on-site, you’ll set the tone, pace, and standard for the entire electrical build

• Lead large crews and subcontractors with strong, steady, boots-on-the-ground leadership
• Drive schedule, manpower planning, and daily execution across multiple phases
• Maintain top-tier safety, quality, and inspection readiness at all times
• Coordinate seamlessly with GCs, owners, architects, and engineering teams
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep the project moving forwward
• Ensure installations meet NEC, project specifications, and client expectations
• Mentor foremen and rising leaders to strengthen the field pipeline
