Zusammenfassung

Actalent is seeking a Substation Drafting Specialist to create and update electrical substation drawings across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and quality. The role involves use of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and CAD, with meetings, site visits, and training.

The position starts with full-time office attendance, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two remote) in Buford, GA, with initial training in the Atlanta office.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit or CAD.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology.
• Experience with Revit or MicroStation.
• Experience with power, substations, or related sites.
• Substation design experience and project experience in utility/industrial power.

Aufgaben

• Perform drafting for electrical substation projects.
• Create new drawings or update existing drawings as required.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in all work.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Seek resolutions to non-standard analytical problems.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Engineers.
• Attend project-specific meetings to determine schedules and requirements.
• Attend site visits as required.
