Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain to lead a growing team responsible for strategic sourcing of PCB/PCBA electrical commodities and supplier development.

You will partner with engineering and manufacturing to align sourcing strategies with business goals, drive cost savings, improve supplier quality, and scale processes for NPIs and production ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier development roles, with at least 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, leading supplier industrialization efforts for NPI and scaling production.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electrical commodities (PCB/PCBA) to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain resilience.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with strong capabilities in the indirect commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of strategic sourcing professionals.
• Scale the team to meet the organization’s fast-paced growth needs, ensuring talent development and retention.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance.
• Track and report key metrics, including cost savings, supplier quality (PPM), on-time delivery, and supplier capacity.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve supplier management and operational efficiency.
