Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain to lead global sourcing for PCB/PCBA electrical commodities. You will manage a team, drive cost savings and supplier development, and align sourcing with rapid growth goals across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in strategic sourcing with 3+ years in leadership, strong ERP/data tool experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or supplier development, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience scaling teams for NPI and production ramp.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electrical commodities to drive cost savings, quality, and resilience.
• Lead a team of strategic sourcing professionals; scale as the company grows.
